Since then we have made it part of our daily routine, especially during the cold time of the year when we are more prone to seasonal colds and flu. We serve it in the morning, on an empty stomach, before breakfast. It is an energising and invigorating drink, pleasant to the taste, recommended for children over 12 and adults.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We served it and recommended it to our friends, guests and acquaintances, who were grateful.
