This 'spirit' drink can be used as such or as a remedy for digestive problems such as nausea or indigestion and as a treatment for colds.
Ingredients:
juice of two lemons
150 - 200 g honey to taste
8 - 10 g crushed ginger in blender
1 litre of plain water
Blend the crushed ginger in the blender with a glass of water then strain and add honey, lemon juice and the rest of the water to make up to a litre.
